Visitor's tax:
€ 3.00 per person and night (from 01.11.2024 on Euro 4,00)
Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Reservations:
Are only valid in writing - e-mail/mail. In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 50 % of the total amount within 10 days by Bank transfer.

Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 3pm
Check-out: by 10am
Should you arrive later than 6pm, we would ask you to let us know briefly.

Payment:
The billing takes place at the latest one day before departure.
You are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount in advance. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Only cash payment is possible.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. you don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation.

Smoking/non smoking:
All our rooms/apartments are non-smoking rooms/apartments.

Cancellations:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will invoice the apartment price. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price
• 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price

Final cleaning:
We charge a final cleaning fee of Euro 60,00 (TOP 1 ), Euro 80,00 (TOP 2) and Euro 140,00 (Apartment Lamtana) (one-time).

Short stays:
For short stays up to 3 days we charge a surcharge.

Bread roll service:
You are welcome to order bread rolls for the next day daily until 18:00. (not included in the price)

Parking:
Two parking spaces per apartment are available directly at our house.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome on request.
