Our newly renovated apartment TOP 1 offers space for 3 people.

The apartment is furnished in warm colors and a modern style and consists of a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed, a spacious wardrobe and cable TV (flat). In addition, the apartment has a full-size bed in the kitchen-living room.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals. Including a stove, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, hairdryer and towels to provide you with the best possible comfort.

Beds are made up with fresh bed linens upon arrival. Dishwashing detergent, taps for the dishwasher, dish towels, sponges as well as toilet paper are ready for you.

The WLAN as well as the parking lot, directly in front of the house, is included in the price. We also offer a daily bread service. (not included in the price)
